We’re seeking a visionary AI expert to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Vertical AI Agent Solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in automating critical business processes across departments, from contracts and grants to recruiting and customer service, driving unprecedented efficiency and growth.

Core Focuses:

• Develop and deploy intelligent AI agents specializing in specific business functions.
• Automate critical tasks, minimize human intervention, and unlock significant operational
  efficiencies.
• Integrate AI seamlessly across departments to streamline workflows and enhance
  decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for AI-powered
  automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms.
• Leverage NLP, deep learning, and other cutting-edge AI techniques to build intelligent
  agents.
• Optimize AI agent performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and
  refinement.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions across the organization.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to maintain a
  competitive edge.
• Champion the adoption of AI solutions across the organization and drive a culture of
  innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development with expertise in Python, Flask, Heroku,
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP),
  and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Flask, Django) technologies.
• Experience in developing and deploying scalable web applications and chatbots.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

•  Knowledge of vector databases like Postgres Vector.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Azure Cognitive Services, or similar platforms.
• Experience in RESTful API design and deployment automation tools.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing for AI solutions.
