Job Overview:

We are seeking a Course Creation & Instruction Manual Lead (or Digital Content Designer –
Course & Manual Creation) to spearhead the development of engaging, high-quality courses and instructional manuals. This role will focus on creating educational content tailored to industries such as Technology, Business, or other professional sectors. The ideal candidate is creative, semi-tech-savvy, and passionate about designing learning experiences that captivate audiences and deliver measurable outcomes. While we are open to consulting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, candidates should have a strong alignment with our target industries
and audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development:
  • Design, develop, and publish courses, instructional manuals, and other educational materials for internal use and client projects.
  • Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, clarity, and engagement.
• Tool Utilization:
  
  • Leverage AI tools such as EdApp, Mindsmith, Coursable, and others to streamline course creation while ensuring full ownership of intellectual property.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and platforms for digital content creation.
• Collaboration:
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing and operations to align course content with business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and social media teams to create dynamic and versatile content.
• Adaptation & Scalability: 
  • Design courses that can be tailored for different industries and formats, including micro-courses, social media snippets, and traditional e-learning modules.
  • Create content suitable for platforms like TikTok, leveraging tools such as Micro Course Generator for short-form media.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in instructional design, education, marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Learning Studio AI, or similar platforms for content creation.
• Strong understanding of e-learning trends, instructional design principles, and AI-driven course design.
• Semi-tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with professional sectors such as Technology, Business, or related fields is preferred.
