Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX professional to join our team as an External Contractor. The role emphasizes designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for creating and refining UI/UX designs while ensuring that these designs meet user-centered principles and usability standards. Additionally, you will conduct pre- and post-deployment reviews to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design Creation:
  • Develop user-centric and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into functional interface designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Ensure responsive design principles are applied across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to refine designs.
• Pre-Deployment Design Review:
  •  Review and validate designs against usability standards and company guidelines before deployment.
  • Identify and resolve potential design inconsistencies or usability issues.
  • Provide actionable feedback to align product development with design objectives.
• Post-Deployment Usability Evaluation:
  • Analyze user feedback and interaction data to identify areas for design
    improvement.
  • Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design effectiveness.
  • Propose iterative design changes to enhance user engagement and navigation.

Skills and Qualification:

• UI/UX Design Expertise:
  • Proven track record in creating innovative UI/UX designs for web and mobile
    platforms.
  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and project outcomes.
• Usability Testing and Feedback Analysis:
  • Proficiency in conducting usability testing and synthesizing feedback into actionable
    design improvements.
  • Experience in analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  
  • Ability to clearly present design concepts and findings to stakeholders.
  • Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with development and product
    teams.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  
  •  Capability to identify and solve UI/UX challenges using a data-driven approach.
  • Keen attention to detail in analyzing user flows and proposing design optimizations.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on creating
  user-centric solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including design processes and results.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but
  not required.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and scope of work.
